To be honest, I’m not that big of a fan of Conrado de Quiros. I know about him, the power of his words and stuff but I seldom read his column. I even saw him as - God forbid me - overrated or something.

How styooopid I’ve been, really. Today I met the man and even got to talk to him and ask questions. He is as true, as insightful, as sincere as his written words are. Plus, he was cool (Mr. Nery, my former prof, was right). I hate the word ‘cool’ but there’s just no other word I can use to describe him.
